The role – what is it we would like you to do?
Currie & Brown Italia is seeking a Junior Project Manager for its Milan office.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent (preferred qualification).
1–2 years of experience in the construction or consultancy sector, ideally supporting project delivery activities.
Basic understanding of design and construction processes.
Good communication skills and ability to interact with internal teams and project stakeholders.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a structured team environment.
Excellent written and spoken English, in addition to full fluency in Italian.
Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager in day‑to‑day project activities across design and construction phases.
Assist in coordinating communications between designers, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
Support the preparation and tracking of project documentation and deliverables.
Assist in monitoring project progress, timelines, and basic reporting activities.
Support cost management activities, including data collection and updates under supervision.
Attend project meetings and support in preparing minutes and follow‑ups.
Assist in procurement activities, including document preparation and tracking.
Support site visits, inspections, and snagging activities as required.
Contribute to maintaining accurate project records and information flow.
