About the Role
The
Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist
has a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of Seeding Success by walking alongside colleagues, partner organizations, and schools/school districts to implement data-informed processes leading to improvement efforts.
This role combines strong project coordination, facilitation, and data translation skills to guide external stakeholders through structured continuous improvement cycles. The CI Specialist supports partners in making informed decisions by preparing high-quality materials, facilitating effective meetings, and ensuring consistent follow-through across multiple workstreams.
While this role does not hold decision-making authority over partner organizations, it plays a critical role in influencing progress by building trust, guiding teams through data-informed processes, and maintaining strong systems for documentation, tracking, and accountability. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and move work forward with clarity and consistency.
