The Opportunity
We\'re hiring an
Operations Manager
to lead, develop, and scale our service and install teams. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on
performance metrics, team development, and clear communication .
You will own results, build leaders, and drive the systems that power a high-performing operation.
What You\'ll Own
KPI Performance:
Drive and manage metrics including revenue, average ticket, conversion rates, technician efficiency, and call quality
Team Leadership:
Lead technicians and frontline leaders with clear expectations, accountability, and consistent follow-up
Training & Development:
Build and execute ongoing training to improve technical skill, sales performance, and customer experience
Communication:
Set the tone with strong daily communication-team meetings, ride-alongs, 1:1s, and performance reviews
Operational Execution:
Ensure the right technician is on the right job through close partnership with dispatch
Culture & Accountability:
Create a high-performance environment where goals are clear and results are expected
What Success Looks Like
KPIs are tracked, reviewed, and improved consistently
Team members know their numbers, goals, and expectations
Training is structured, ongoing, and tied to performance outcomes
Communication is proactive, clear, and consistent across the team
The department runs efficiently, profitably, and with strong morale
What We\'re Looking For
Proven experience managing
KPIs and driving business performance
Strong leadership presence with the ability to
coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
Excellent communicator-comfortable leading meetings, trainings, and tough conversations
Experience in
HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or home services
strongly preferred
Highly organized, results-driven, and growth-focused
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms preferred
Requirements
Valid driver\'s license
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Prior management experience required
