This role also involves operating material handling equipment and assisting with inventory control, data accuracy, and process improvements to support material flow throughout the facility.
**YOUR IMPACT***These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned:** Maintain accurate inventory through timely and precise data entry.* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and system issues.* Identify and correct receiving problems.* Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels.* Support engineering changes through allocation and inventory adjustments (CN maintenance).* Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to deliver exceptional service.* Assist with corporate material initiatives such as cycle counts, ISL (Inventory Stock Location) management, bin consumption tracking, and more.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** Computer literate with Microsoft office especially Excel and Word.* Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands.* Maintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS*** Strong phone and communication skills.* Interpersonal skills.* Sound business acumen.* 6 months to 2 years general office practices.* Ability to pass internal Powered Industrial Equipment license test and ability to operate various pieces of equipment in assigned Operations Facility (i.e. Stand-up, Sit-down).**WORKING CONDITIONS**
