Responsibilities

Lead & support host team to ensure smooth Front-of House operations

Manage guest flow in the dining room, seating rotations, & wait times during high volume shifts to ensure efficiency in service & balanced server sections

Manage reservations; special requests such as celebrations or dietary needs, & large party accommodations

Train & develop new hosts on service standards & OpenTable reservation system

Coordinate with management & kitchen staff to optimize table turns & ensure guest satisfaction

Handle guests concerns professionally & involve management when needed

Qualifications

1+ years of OpenTable Experience

Have prior restaurant experience (preferred)
