Job Description
Manages the most complex projects from original concept through final implementation and post‑project assessment. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. May be assigned a single project or a portfolio, requiring extensive planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, project size may be greater than $2.5m.
Develops strategy, processes, resource allocation, budget, guidelines and supports the project management team.
Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources, assigns tasks, directs activities, and controls project execution. Coaches and mentors project team members.
Tracks and reports progress, analyzes results, defines project deliverables, and forecasts future trends. Proactively manages changes in scope, identifies potential crises, devises contingency plans and recommends improvements.
Maintains communications for governing bodies and stakeholders, and communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and certifications.
3+ years of relevant direct industry experience.
Strong project management skills, experience with large‑scale budgets ($2.5m+).
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a project team.
Valid or desired certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Base Salary: $97,750.00 – $132,250.00, varying by location, market data and individual skills. Incentive eligible based on performance.
