Role Overview
The Product Management for ERP Platforms and Sustainability is accountable for the end‑to‑end strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of enterprise financial and procurement platforms, with a strong focus on Oracle Financials and the Source‑to‑Pay / Source‑to‑Contract ecosystem.

Required Technical Expertise

Proven hands‑on experience implementing Source‑to‑Pay and Source‑to‑Contract platform solutions in enterprises using ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle Financials, Aravo, Fieldglass, Concur and others.

Owns technology strategy and delivery oversight for Oracle Financials, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA) and Cash Management (CM).

Oversees Oracle financial integrations with GEP, Aravo, Concur, and Fieldglass, ensuring data accuracy, reconciliation, and traceability.

Leads financial process modernization, driving automation, control effectiveness, and operational efficiency across procure‑to‑pay and record‑to‑report processes.

Partners closely with Finance leadership, Controllers, Audit, and Risk to ensure platforms meet SOX, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Drives the enterprise‑wide adoption and successful integration of Generative AI solutions.

Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.

General Experience & Qualifications

10+ years of strong hands‑on experience with Agile delivery, product management, and value stream methodologies.

Proven track record in producing high‑quality project artifacts and senior management reports within technology or risk & controls domains.

Demonstrated ability to structure and lead product working groups, driving consensus on requirements and facilitating the development and implementation of processes, data, and system designs.

Motivated self‑starter with the ability to quickly learn new skills and effectively navigate complex organizational structures.

Demonstrates strong problem‑solving capabilities and a proactive learning mindset, continuously acquiring new skills.

Exhibits excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Adaptable and resourceful in navigating complex technical and organizational challenges.

Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating sound ethical judgment and particular consideration for the firm’s reputation, its clients and assets.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or university degree or equivalent experience.

Master’s degree preferred.

Salary Range
$141,440.00 - $212,160.00 per year.
