Position Overview
The Product Manager leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of new bicycle and electric bicycle products. This role requires a balance of market insight, technical understanding, and cross‑functional leadership to deliver innovative, high‑quality mobility products.

You will manage the full product lifecycle—from concept and requirements through development, testing, launch, and post‑launch improvements. On‑site presence is essential for close collaboration with design, engineering, sourcing, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmapping

Define product vision and multi‑year roadmap for bicycles and e‑bikes.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user insights to identify opportunities.

Build business cases, product briefs, and feature prioritization frameworks.

Product Development Leadership

Translate customer needs and business goals into clear product requirements (PRDs).

Partner with Design, Engineering, and Sourcing to guide products from concept to production.

Lead design reviews, sprint cycles, and milestone checkpoints.

Ensure products meet performance, safety, cost, and quality targets.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work with suppliers and manufacturing partners to align on specifications and timelines.

Coordinate with Quality and Compliance teams on testing and regulatory requirements (CPSC, ISO, UL for e‑bike systems).

Support Marketing and Sales with product positioning, launch materials, and training.

Lifecycle & Performance Management

Monitor product performance, warranty data, and customer feedback.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost‑down projects.

Manage SKU rationalization and line refresh cycles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.

Minimum 4 years of product management experience, ideally in bicycles, e‑mobility, sporting goods, or consumer hardware.

Strong understanding of bicycle components, geometry, and e‑bike systems (motors, batteries, controllers).

Proven experience managing physical products from concept through production.

Excellent communication, documentation, and cross‑functional leadership skills.

Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Asian manufacturing partners (Taiwan, China, Vietnam).

Familiarity with PLM systems, CAD review, and technical drawings.

Knowledge of safety standards and testing protocols for bicycles and e‑bikes.

Strong analytical skills for forecasting, pricing, and margin management.
