This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and making a real difference to customer experience.
What you’ll be doing as a Project Coordinator
This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, combining office-based planning with hands‑on fieldwork. You’ll support the smooth delivery of new clean water connections, working closely with contractors, operational teams, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track and deliver right‑first‑time outcomes for our customers.
Plan and coordinate complex clean water connections, managing schedules, priorities, and customer communications to keep everything running smoothly
Take ownership of escalations, delays, and complaints, driving swift resolutions while delivering a standout customer experience
Act as the key link between Developer Services, Water Networks, contractors, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless delivery
Carry out on‑site inspections, ensuring health & safety, water quality, and installation standards are met right first time
Conduct post‑installation checks, identify any remedial works, and see them through to completion to maintain high quality outcomes
Analyse performance data, spot trends and root causes, and recommend improvements to drive
This is a Hybrid role

What you should bring to the role
Bring a positive, can‑do attitude with a genuine passion for delivering great customer outcomes
Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, confidently managing competing priorities and fixed deadlines
Take real ownership, seeing tasks and challenges through to resolution with accountability
Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and contractors through excellent communication skills
Show curiosity and a proactive mindset, always looking for better ways of working
Have experience in water networks, operational teams, or working with delivery contractors (desirable, not essential)
What’s in it for you?
Offering an annual salary up to £55,000 per annum depending on skills and experience
24 days holiday per year increasing to 28 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
Generous Pension Scheme through AON
Access to lots of benefits to help you take care of you and your family’ s health and wellbeing, and your finances – from annual health MOTs and access to physiotherapy and counselling, to Cycle to Work schemes, shopping vouchers and life assurance.
We welcome applications from everyone and want to ensure you feel supported throughout the recruitment process. If you need any adjustments, whether that’s extra time, accessible formats, or anything else just let us know, we’re here to help and support.
