
Quality Assurance Analyst Sr - Level 3

As the Quality Analyst, you will support the Fort Worth F-35 Fabrication Quality and Production Teams. The selected candidate will report to the Fabrication Quality manager and will analyze data, facilitate Corrective Action Reviews, implement and manage Tableau dashboards and metrics, and focus on quality control and improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
Initiate, review, analyze, and report on quality-related data/metrics
Recommend corrective action and develop quality control measures
Coordinate cross-functionally with senior leadership to analyze and bring awareness to high drivers pertaining to scap, rework, and repair (SRR) and first pass yield failures (FPY) to drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain Corrective Action Review Team / Correction Action Board meeting content
Develop and maintain dashboards for quality performance monitoring
Collect, review, and analyze quality-related data from production, suppliers, and process improvement activities
Steer Fabrication Production Build Team to corrective action
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
Experience with data visualization tool(s) (Tableau, Business Objects, PowerBI, etc.)
Experience in project management and use of project management tools
Desired Skills
Master's degree from an accredited college
Technical familiarity with component part fabrication and other manufacturing processes
Familiarity with various technical data from different platforms (F-16, F-22, F-35, etc.)
Understanding of performance metric measures or Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Ability to adapt business processes into automated tools and perform specialized data investigations to support Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts
Security Clearance Statement
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

Flexible work schedules are offered. The work is onsite full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedule: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
