Customer Experience
Greet customers and create a strong first impression
Assist with check‑in and vehicle intake
Help communicate services in a friendly, confident way
Support advisors with updates and follow‑ups
Front Counter Operations
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Learn and follow proven call‑handling systems
Assist with shop workflow coordination
Maintain a clean, professional front office
Training & Development
Learn Velocity’s structured communication and sales process
Develop confidence speaking with customers
Assist in presenting inspections and recommendations
Progress toward managing own customers
Must‑Have Traits
People person – enjoys talking and building relationships
