Community Relations Coordinator / Senior Living Ambassador - Approx 24 Hours/Week

Westbrook Senior Living is looking for a dynamic, energetic and charismatic Community Relations Coordinator to be the face of our community! If you thrive on building connections, driving growth, and making a tangible impact on the lives of seniors and their families, we want to hear from you.
Your Mission (The Role)
As our Community Relations Coordinator, you are connecting families with a vibrant new lifestyle. You will be the key ambassador driving our outreach efforts, building lasting partnerships, and guiding prospective residents through the journey of finding their new home.
What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers)
Be the Ambassador:
represent Westbrook at community events, health fairs, and networking functions with infectious enthusiasm.
Build Relationships:
actively develop referral partnerships with physicians, hospital planners, and local organizations.
Drive Engagement:
plan and host engaging community events that attract prospects and enhance our reputation.
Guide Families:
conduct tours, manage leads, and provide exceptional customer service to prospects and families from inquiry to move‑in.
Close with Care:
build trust and confidence, helping families make the best decision for their loved ones.
What You Bring to the Table
High Energy & Charisma:
you are a natural connector who loves meeting new people.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in marketing, or community relations – senior living/assisted care experience is a massive plus!
Exceptional Communication:
you are a great listener and a confident storyteller.
Proactive & Creative Mindset:
