For the systems-driven organizer who finds satisfaction in order, accuracy, and airtight execution

Some people thrive on unpredictability. You are not one of them.

You are the person who builds the checklist before the project starts, updates it as things change, and closes it out completely before moving on. You keep detailed records not because someone told you to — but because you genuinely believe the details matter. You are steady, methodical, and consistent. And when things get hectic around you, people look to you because you already have a plan.

If that sounds like you, this role was designed around how you naturally work.

What This Role Is
As an

Emergency Services Project Manager , you will own the full lifecycle of emergency restoration projects — from initial scope through final closeout. You will coordinate field crews, manage subcontractors, track financials, communicate with homeowners and insurance partners, and maintain thorough documentation throughout.

This is not a sales role. It is not a hustle role. It is a

systems and accountability role , and it rewards people who bring structure, follow-through, and calm precision to complex work.

What You Will Own
Project Coordination & Execution

Manage projects from scope development through closeout with clear milestones and handoffs

Translate work orders, estimates, and insurance documentation into organized project plans

Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and fully compliant with company standards

Coordinate closely with the Mitigation Manager, estimating team, and accounting

Team & Subcontractor Oversight

Supervise Mitigation Leads, Technicians, and laborers with consistent direction and accountability

Coordinate subcontractors and hold them to documented quality and safety expectations

Create a stable, structured team environment where everyone knows their role

Financial Tracking & Documentation

Monitor labor hours, material costs, and job budgets in real time

Prepare billing documentation, change orders, and pay applications with precision

Partner with Accounting on down payments and accounts receivable follow-up

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and vendors

Deliver timely, clear, professional updates — no surprises

Lead kick-off meetings and participate in project review meetings throughout the job

Documentation, Quality & Safety

Maintain complete job records: daily logs, photos, field reports, and safety documentation

Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies consistently across all sites

Conduct site inspections to verify quality, safety, and scope adherence

Identify and elevate scope changes or unforeseen conditions before they become problems

Who Excels Here
You may be a strong fit if:

You prefer working within established processes rather than improvising

You are energized by finishing things completely and correctly

You keep meticulous records and hold others to the same standard

You communicate in a clear, measured, professional way — in writing and in person

You are more comfortable coordinating people than commanding them

You stay calm and focused when the work environment becomes fast-paced or unpredictable

What We Are Looking For

Strong organizational skills and comfort with job management and documentation software
