Salary: $60,000–$65,000 DOE + Quarterly Performance Bonus ($2,500.00)
Lead Behavioral Programming That Stabilizes and Transforms Lives
Live for Life Cypress is seeking a behaviorally strong Program Manager to lead our High Behavioral & Mental Health Residential Treatment Program serving youth with complex behavioral and clinical needs.
This program provides structured, evidence-based behavioral treatment in a highly supervised residential setting.
We are specifically seeking candidates with:
BCaBA certification (strongly preferred)
Special Education background
2–5 years of ABA experience
Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
Experience supervising behavioral staff
Experience working with high-acuity youth
This is a leadership role — not just shift coverage.
What You’ll Do
Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
Supervise and coach staff in ABA-based interventions
Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming
Provide crisis management and de-escalation in high-acuity situations
Oversee structured behavioral programming and therapeutic milieu
Collaborate with therapists, case managers, psychiatrists, and families
Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance
Maintain operational and fiscal accountability
Promote safety, structure, and behavioral stabilization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
ABA experience preferred (2–5 years minimum)
Experience supervising staff
Strong documentation and data analysis skills
Experience in crisis intervention and behavioral stabilization
Minimum age 25
Valid driver’s license
Background clearance
Preferred
BCaBA certification
Special Education experience
Residential treatment leadership experience
Experience working with high behavioral and mental health acuity populations
