Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a Project Manager to lead capital projects throughout our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering design, OEM, installation, commissioning, and plant acceptance. This position requires an individual who is capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Manage and oversee all aspects of project management, from initial concept and design to final installation, commissioning, and plant acceptance. Provide direction and support for PLC programming and HMI Applications. (will not be programming, but need some understanding of PLCs to converse with controls engineers and contractors) 3. Coordinate with various teams, including engineering, production, and quality control, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Implement and maintain project management best practices to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Monitor and control project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring that they are appropriately managed and communicated. Ensure that all projects comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues. Qualifications: 1) Must have a background in the food/beverage or liquid process industry. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry. Able to provide direction and support for PLC programming and HMI Applications. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in installation, commissioning, and plant acceptance processes.
