I am looking for a
Business Change Coordinator
to join our team in Gloucestershire. You will be part of the Business Change Manager’s team on an 18‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting change initiatives that drive employee adoption, improve service delivery and realise organisational benefits.
Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of change management activities across transformation programmes
Develop and maintain a library of change management tools, templates and case studies
Create engaging communications and content to support change initiatives
Organise and administer events, workshops and training sessions
Support impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and resistance management
Monitor success metrics and contribute to performance reporting
