2-5 years’ experience in Accounts payable / invoice processing / invoice holds / supplier relationship management
US Citizens required
Aerospace & Defense experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Manage supply chain operations, including master data management, demand and supply planning, and inventory deployment
Ensure the efficiency of logistic planning and execution processes
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert
Participate and contribute in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems
Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain processes
Analyze data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance supply chain performance
Monitor and report on supply chain metrics to ensure alignment with business goals
Facilitate training sessions to share best practices and improve team capabilities
Have expert proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing (GD&T) – very nice to have
Intermediate proficiency in Supply Chain Execution, Engineering Data and Information Management, and Aerospace Quality Management Standards is recommended
Advanced proficiency in A&D Defense is suggested
