Qualifications

2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or sales development role.
1 year of experience managing a full business cycle from lead generation to close.
1 year of experience selling app or mobile advertising solutions.
Preferred qualifications
Experience building a book of business, ensuring management and fulfillment of strategic goals, and developing associated agreements.
Experience educating new advertisers on mobile ad products and attribution, with emphasis on Google’s advertising products.
Demonstrated understanding of the online mobile app advertising industry, including technology and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients.

Responsibilities
Prospect and grow a pipeline of new, greenfield app advertisers, aligned with a strategy for long‑term sustained success.
Secure new Google Ads mobile app clients by presenting marketing solutions and creating relevant ad campaigns that maximize their returns.
Build deep industry connections with internal and external partners to identify prospective customers.
Develop business strategies that optimize the market potential.
Build an understanding of the mobile app ads ecosystem including customer business generation models, attribution, and competitive ads landscape.
Employment
Salary: $92,000‑$130,000 base + bonus + equity + benefits. English proficiency is required.
