Job Overview
The Fellow is exposed to multiple entities including hospitals, clinics, business development areas, strategic operations, and corporate offices. Participants engage in broad hands‑on experiences and projects that prepare them for future health‑care leadership opportunities. The program incorporates rotations across Clinical Operations, Hospital Operations, Strategy, Business Development, Strategic Operations, Strategic Programs, Community Hospitals, and Financial Analysis. Each rotation is accompanied by an executive preceptor who mentors and evaluates progress, and the Program Administrator coordinates overall feedback.

Education
Required: Master’s degree in healthcare/business administration, public health, health services administration, or another health‑care related field.

Work Experience
Required: Experience in hospital operations or an administrative internship.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

Basic knowledge of hospital operations.

Ability to define project objectives, identify stakeholders, plan steps, and allocate resources to achieve objectives in a resourceful manner.

Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent analytical skills.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Excellent leadership skills and ability to demonstrate good judgement.

Basic project management skills.
