Pogue Construction is looking for an experienced commercial Estimator based in McKinney, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience on the contractor side, with a proven ability to manage bid processes and project takeoffs. Key responsibilities include preparing bid materials, conducting pre-bid conferences, and ensuring effective communication with bidders and internal teams. Candidates should have strong skills in Google Sheets, Excel, and construction means and methods, along with a deep understanding of the DFW and/or HOU markets.
