Training Lead (ERP implementation)

For our client we are looking for a Training Lead

Mission

Being a project leader for the full Training scope, enabling a successful adoption of the M3 solution

Ensuring an effective training scope from the MORE program to identified stakeholders

Developing a training strategy and a training plan

Coordinating training development & material creation

Using the ANCILE uPerform tool to create training material

Coordinating training execution, supporting trainers and the local organizations

Following up on training needs

Cooperating & coordinating with other projects/programs

Skills and knowledge

Capacity to holistically plan training to fit the needs of the business

Proven project management and leadership skills

Technical University degree or other relevant background and experience

Experience in M3 is an advantage

Experience of organizational change management is an advantage

High pedagogical skills when supporting training development and delivery

General Epiroc Business Knowledge is a big advantage

Excellent English skills – both written and spoken – is a requirement
