## DescriptionAutomotive Service Advisor**Location:** Santa Ana, CA (On Site) | **Type:** Full Time | **Pay Rate:** $50,000 - $125,000+a year**Responsibilities:*** Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership.* Consult with customers to understand their service requirements and concerns, and accurately document their vehicle information and service history.* Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences.* Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines, to help customers make informed decisions.* Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any questions or concerns.* Upsell additional services and accessories as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.**What We Offer:*** We will invest in you.
