
Training Quality Assurance Reviewer

Responsibilities
Conduct assessments regarding fidelity of training delivery in relation to curriculum through observations of training delivery.
Develop a tracking sheet to capture data related to fidelity of training deliveries.
Attend and document meetings offered by funder related to curricula, updates on materials, etc.
Track NC DSS DCDL and document pertinent information in connection to corresponding/affected curricula.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher, or extensive supervision work or military experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience with writing reports, summaries, and tracking data information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to travel around the state (6-10 days a month approximately).
