Client Care Representative
ACCESS (Advanced Critical Care, Emergency & Specialty Services) South Bay is seeking a Client Care Representative.
Requirements:
Experience in the veterinary or healthcare field required .
Responsibilities
Effectively resolve client questions via phone and email
Take ownership in building trust and relationships with clients
Work closely with our medical teams to ensure a positive outcome at each visit
Handle a multi-line phone system
Provide a deep, genuine care for helping people
Demonstrate naturally empathetic and articulate communication
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with computer software
Embodies our core principles: Quality, Integrity, Compassion, and Service
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in a medical or veterinary setting
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay rate starting at $19 - $22 / hour, negotiable based on credentials and experience.
