The Role
Our client, a leading global tire manufacturer, is seeking a Digital Market Manager to lead their e-commerce, digital merchandising, and retail partnership growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving online growth, improving the customer journey, and influencing how products show up and sell online. You’ll be embedded onsite with a major retail partner, working cross-functionally tooptimize product content, improve conversion rates, and drive online sales performance.
What You Will Be Doing
Act as the primary digital point of contact between brand and retail teams for online initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve website performance, conversion rates, and user experience
Optimize the customer journey across key stages (browse → evaluate → purchase)
Improve product detail pages (PDPs) to increase engagement and conversion
Manage and optimize product catalog, taxonomy, and digital content for better search and discoverability
Support new product launches by ensuring accurate and compelling online presence
Monitor and reduce out-of-stock issues through forecasting and inventory alignment
Analyze performance data and provide insights, reporting, and recommendations
Build scorecards and participate in monthly reporting and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and operational efficiency
What We Are Looking For
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail
Degree in Marketing or related major
Strong understanding of conversion optimization, PDPs, and online customer journeys
Experience working with product data, catalogs, taxonomy, or digital content
Analytical mindset—comfortable using data to drive decisions
Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
Experience with tools like Google Ads or Meta campaigns is a plus
