The Role (What You’ll Actually Do)
As our Office Manager (Operator), you will:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic
Drive team performance through KPI tracking
Run daily huddles and weekly team meetings
Ensure all systems (front desk, patient flow, financial) are executed at a high level
Identify breakdowns and implement solutions
Train and develop team members
Hold the team accountable to standards
You are the
execution engine of the business

Team KPI performance (NP show rate, schedule utilization, etc.)
Operational efficiency
