Transnational Crime Advisor, Kosovo – TOC Lead

Amentum is seeking a qualified Transnational Organized Crime (TOC) Advisor based in Pristina, Kosovo. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of command-level experience in U.S. law enforcement, with at least 5 years focused on criminal investigations related to organized crime. Responsibilities include mentoring local law enforcement and coordinating training activities. Candidates must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance. This position is an Independent Contractor role, not an employment relationship.
