Full-time - 2:00PM – 10:30AM – Monday – Friday

Parts Manager
is a key part of our Fleet Team, ensuring our mechanics have the parts and supplies needed in a timely manner that they need to keep operations running smoothly. If you enjoy organization, inventory management, and problem-solving, this is the job for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain proper inventory levels of petroleum products, fuel, paint, parts, shop supplies, and related items across multiple locations.
Conduct daily corrections and monthly inventory reports to ensure accurate stock levels
Assist Fleet Foremen with ordering and shipping to maintain optimal stock levels.
Manage vendor relationships, seek cost-effective suppliers, and control budgetary constraint
Prepare stock requisitions and orders for fleet parts and equipment.
Oversee receiving reports for delivered parts and equipment.
Maintain records for warranty parts and ensure accurate tracking.
Issue appropriate parts to Fleet Mechanics in a timely manner.
Keep the parts room clean, organized, and up to date with accurate part numbers and pricing.
Track and ensure credits are applied appropriately for used oil pickups and scrap reimbursements.
Communicate and coordinate with various levels of management teams across the company to ensure necessary parts and supplies are provided and maintained as needed.
Backup to the Day Parts Manager.

Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License
High School Diploma or GED
