Job Description
The Fraud Prevention Technology Analyst is a strategic professional role for a driven individual eager to understand the fraud landscape, its business impact, and key stakeholders at Citi. This pivotal position shapes the vision of our fraud prevention efforts, with the analyst assessing business and technology impacts, estimating costs, and supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of fraud projects from concept to implementation.

This role provides a unique opportunity to engage with key stakeholders and gain exposure to leadership-level decision-making. The insights and analysis from this position will directly inform strategic choices that define the future of Citi’s fraud prevention capabilities. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

The Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst is responsible for partnering with technology and business teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet Fraud Technology goals.

Ability to understand Fraud business requirements and impact, work with various Technology and Architecture teams to draft a proposed solution and high-level estimations.

Manage Fraud fiscal budget and Technology usage throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Provide prompt and accurate Technology data to stakeholders and leadership.

Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and issues; communicate impact; propose risk mitigation options.

Provides in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions.

Performs other duties and functions as assigned.

Qualifications

5-8 years of relevant experience.

Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.

2 years of experience in systems analysis or software development

Preferred .

Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills.

Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills to oversee cross-disciplinary work streams.

Experience working or leading requirement gathering efforts for multiple large technology development projects at one time.

Interest and experience in the financial services industry.

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.

Education

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
