Key Job Responsibilities
Complete high‑priority projects to the highest standard, demonstrating your ability to deliver results
Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement
Propose and test solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones
Develop communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates
Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams; actively gather knowledge by participating in activities such as pre‑briefs, flow meetings, and discussions with the leadership team and associates
Navigate the workspace and move between different areas (essential for the position)
Display flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns as required
Potential relocation to the designated work location

Our internship gives you a realistic job preview of the full‑time opportunities we offer. You'll immerse yourself in the fast‑paced, complex world of our Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Hubs, and Delivery Stations, witnessing how managers engage their teams to fulfill customer expectations.
Internship Start Dates
We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through July 2026. Each month, we hold 1‑2 onboarding days for new hires.
Basic Qualifications
Currently in your penultimate or final year, working toward a university degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or a related field
Eligible to complete a full‑time internship of 3‑6 months
Highly proficient in spoken and written English and the local language of the country you are applying for (CEFR C1)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others
Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast‑paced environment
