Position Summary
Haven of Ridgeview is seeking a compassionate and reliable
Dietary Aide . In this role, you will help create a positive dining experience for residents by preparing, serving, and maintaining high standards of food service and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
Serve meals in a timely, professional manner
Ensure food is presented attractively and meets dietary guidelines
Set up trays, carts, and dining areas
Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning
Prepare and distribute snacks
Follow portion control and safety procedures
Qualifications
Must be available weekends and some holidays
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good customer service skills
Food service or healthcare experience preferred
