Job Overview
We’re hiring a Radiologic Technologist who can operate at speed without compromising precision. This role is embedded in a high-throughput urgent care setting, where clinical accuracy meets patient-first execution. If you’re adaptable, detail-oriented, and thrive in motion—this is your lane.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general radiographic exams per established protocols and QA standards
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during procedures
Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and accuracy
Manage imaging documentation, requisitions, and workflow organization
Instruct and guide patients throughout the imaging process
Identify and report equipment malfunctions
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging equipment
Handle image processing (CD burning, occasional film printing)
Support front desk and administrative functions during downtime
Assist with patient flow and departmental needs as required
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited radiology program
Active California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license
ARRT Certification (required)
Current BLS Certification (AHA or equivalent)
Basic computer and clerical skills
Work Schedule & Compensation Notes
Rotating Schedule
(12-week assignment)
Coverage model: 2 techs supporting 7-day operations
AWS (Alternative Work Schedule)
Overtime:
Paid after 40 hours/week
Double Time:
Paid after 12 hours/day
No mid-shift floating between sites
Rotating Schedule (Bi-Weekly Pattern)

Sunday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
