Housekeeping Coordinator
to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. We hire passionate and professional colleagues who genuinely delight our guests through curated and authentic experiences.
The
Housekeeping Coordinator
plays a key role within the Housekeeping Department, overseeing Room Attendants and House Specialists to ensure that all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness. This role requires passion for service, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. This role will adhere to the proper standards and compliance with Forbes Five-Star service requirements. This position will report to the Housekeeping Leadership.
Responsibilities
Uphold our standards by conducting thorough inspections of Room Attendant’s work
Ensure all housekeeping colleagues receive proper coaching and training while providing ongoing support as needed
Discover opportunities to personalize and enhance the guest experience for guests occupying the room
Develop daily work assignments and closely monitor the progress of each Room Attendant and House Specialists
Carries out any other cleaning duties as specified by Housekeeping Leadership
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail
Previous hotel experience, luxury or Forbes experience preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required
Physical demands: Ability to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis and prolonged extended periods of standing
Posted Salary Range
USD 17.00 per hour
