Position Summary
We are hiring Manufacturing Sanitation Technicians in Conway, Arkansas to support a clean, safe, and production‑ready manufacturing environment. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity for dependable individuals with strong attendance and a willingness to work in a fast‑paced facility.
Shift Availability
First Shift: Sunday through Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Second Shift: Sunday through Thursday 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Third Shift: Sunday through Thursday 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
Specific shift assignment will be confirmed during screening.
Pay and Employment Type
Hourly pay rate is 16.00. Temp to perm based on attendance and job performance.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize production equipment, tools, and work areas
Follow sanitation procedures, safety protocols, and GMP standards
Use approved cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
Remove waste and debris from production and facility areas
Complete sanitation logs and documentation as required
Wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines
Maintain consistent attendance and arrive on time for assigned shift
Qualifications
Manufacturing or industrial sanitation experience preferred but not required
Ability to work in a physical environment including standing, bending, and lifting
Ability to consistently work the assigned shift and scheduleStrong attendance and reliability are required
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to the required weight
Standing and walking for the duration of the shift
Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
