Job Description:
Administers and scores prescribed psychological tests, including cognitive, neuropsychological, academic, behavioral, personality, and emotional assessments. Observes, manages, and documents patient behavior and condition throughout the testing process. Writes progress notes, responds to requests for reports, and conducts follow-up phone calls. Enters testing conditions, observations, test results, and patient demographic information into patient records. Communicates test results to the patient's healthcare team. Performs scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, coding, billing, and reimbursement/collection activities. Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Prior healthcare experience working with adults. [Required]
Ability to work with a variety of adult patients. [Required]
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. [Required]
Education:
Bachelor's [Required]
Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
in psychology or a related field
Work Experience:
1+ year work experience [Required]
