Retail Store Manager (RSM) role with Wireless Vision involves representing the T-Mobile brand and managing daily store operations to increase revenue and maintain standards of excellence. You will oversee recruitment, retention, and employee relations to develop top talent.
Your Talents:
Responsible for the full operation of the retail store, including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash handling, and inventory.
Make staffing adjustments as needed to meet business needs.
Spend majority of business hours on the sales floor greeting customers, coaching employees, and running the business where it matters most.
Meet and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
Provide leadership designed to deliver high levels of customer service within established company policies.
Screen and hire outstanding talent and recruit sales staff on an ongoing basis.
Handle all aspects of retail including hiring, training, marketing, loss prevention, P&L, and team leadership.
Ensure visual merchandising is appealing while adhering to T-Mobile standards.
Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train a winning sales team.
Act as subject matter expert answering customer questions and providing recommendations.
Keep sales associates up to speed on training for new products and offerings.
Participate in community events, local marketing, and public relations activities to build a positive company image.
May be required to perform additional tasks, duties, or projects as assigned.
Your Experience:
2-3 years of management experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Competent in customer focus, change management, strategic thinking, and talent management.
Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor.
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
