
Director of Stewarding

The Executive Steward is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team. This person manages the day‑to‑day operation of the hotel's stewarding department and is responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Additional duties include scheduling, management, and training of colleagues. Prior experience as a Stewarding Manager or similar in hotels or banquet facilities is highly valued.
Salary:
Salary range for this position is $64,100 to $80,100. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds).
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must have 3–5 years of hotel management or supervisory experience.
Must have strong leadership and team‑development skills.
Food & beverage management experience or supervisory preferred.
Stewarding management or supervisory experience preferred.
