Site Location: Belvidere, IL
Set schedule: Shifts and days may vary and may be discussed during interview process. Shifts are as follows: 1st shift 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., 2nd shift 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and 3rd shift 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Schedule may change due to demand.
Competitive hourly wage of $26.05/hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site security operations
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Manage team of officers
Manage schedules
Manage access control
Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
Answer questions in person or by phone
Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
React quickly to threats or incidents
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications
Be authorized to work in the U.S.
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
Be able to pass an extensive screening process
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
Have a valid IL PERC
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be at least 21 years of age
