Overview
Under the direction of the Player Development Manager and Executive Director of Casino Operations, the incumbent supports Player Development as a team. It is the responsibility of the Junior Casino Host to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Hosts & Player Development Manager and to create a memorable trip for our casino guests. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities
Pre-assign rooms for VIP arrivals, check-in and key rooms
Check-in guest on arrival, acquire proper identification and log information into the computer
Supports VIP services by making room reservations, arranging for amenities, and transportation arrangements when required.
Prepare reservations for the next day arrivals, prepare room service orders requested, and pre-assign rooms.
On request, help with special VIP functions.
Casino floor coverage, including building and developing a book of business.
Supports the development of new and current player accounts.
Recruit new players through a variety of direct sales activities such as direct mail, telemarketing, referrals, guest visitation and offsite functions.
Assist Casino Hosts & Player Development Manager via email, phone or in person throughout the day with various requests for casino guests
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must have knowledge of personal computers and Front Desk procedures, good people and telephone skills, ten key, typing, speaking and writing of the English language, hearing/seeing.
Experience in special events or marketing in a hospitality/casino environment.
Good communication, computer skills, typing, 10 key.
Good telephone skills.
Excellent public relations skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications preferred.
Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
Minimum age requirement is 21.

Pay Range
USD $19.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.
