The ideal candidate will have a deep conviction for gospel-centered living and a minimum of 10 years of pastoral experience. Responsibilities include preaching, teaching, overseeing multiple ministries, and fostering a culture of discipleship. This full-time position requires strong communication and leadership skills, along with a heart for serving the local community. A Bachelor's degree is required, while a Master of Divinity is preferred.
