About the position
The individual in this role is responsible for training, mentoring, and evaluating the performance of survey technicians, ensuring the team is well‑coordinated and effective. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, demonstrates strong problem‑solving abilities, and shows a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. A deep understanding of advanced surveying technology and methodologies, along with substantial field experience, is essential for success in this role.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
3‑5 years of surveying experience, with some leadership or supervisory experience.
Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.
Experience in construction staking, boundary, topo, etc.
Familiarity with Trimble software and equipment.
Valid driver's license with minimum 5 years driving experience and clean driving record.
