Dayton Children's is seeking a Clinical Team Lead for the Pediatric Critical Care Team at their Main Campus in Dayton, Ohio. This full-time night position involves coordinating patient care, leading unit operations, and ensuring safety and compliance within the unit. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and possess a valid RN license in Ohio, along with certifications in CPR, PALS, and NRP. Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
