Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist Licensure/Certification in Michigan
American Heart Association BLS
At least 1-year of experience as a Occupational Therapist
Prior experience in hospice care
Occupational Therapist Contract Details
$1,980 - $2,146 per week*
13-week contract with possibility of extension
Hospice Care
