We're Actively Seeking Instructors With Experience In:

Sports & Fitness: Soccer, basketball, football, general fitness

Arts & Culture: Dance, music, theater, visual arts

STEM & Academics: Robotics, coding, chess, academic support

Wellness & Life Skills: Nutrition, mindfulness, general wellness

Program Start Date:
Programs are anticipated to begin in

August 2026 , in alignment with the academic calendar.

Compensation

Programs are compensated at $30-$50 per hour, per session, depending on experience, program type, and assignment

Actual schedules and total weekly hours may vary based on program assignment, school needs, and student enrollment

Key Responsibilities

Lead age-appropriate enrichment classes for youth participants

Deliver engaging sessions in your area(s) of expertise (e.g., sports, arts, STEM, wellness)

Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students

Encourage participation, teamwork, and confidence-building

Implement lesson plans aligned with program expectations

Maintain professional communication with school staff and program coordinators

Support positive behavior management strategies

What You'll Do

Facilitate fun, structured, and educational after-school sessions

Support student growth through interactive and hands-on activities

Contribute to programs designed to positively impact youth development

Requirements

Prior experience working with children (teaching, coaching, mentoring, or similar) preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead group activities in a structured setting

Reliable, professional, and punctual

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must reside in or be able to reliably commute to Columbia
