First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to assist a female client in the Chamblee area.

Schedule
Monday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Thursday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Client Needs
Assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)

Help with transfers and mobility (client uses a rollator)

Meal preparation (renal/low sodium diet)

Light housekeeping

Medication reminders

Escort to appointments as needed

Requirements
Caregiving experience preferred (PCA/CNA a plus)

Must be reliable and consistent

Ability to assist with transfers and mobility support

Must have reliable transportation
