For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $4,000 sign‑on bonus for Certified Residential Medication Aides.
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part‑time CRMA position. Per diem hires are ineligible.
Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.

The Memory Care Unit is seeking a CRMA to join the team.
Summary
This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts.
The Certified Residential Medication Aide role includes administering medications accurately and in a timely manner to residents, complying with state and federal regulations, and providing personal care services as a PSS under direct supervision of an RN.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
License/Certifications: Completion of a forty (40) hour CRMA certification required. Current PSS course within 90 days of start date required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
Experience: Prior long‑term care experience preferred.
