Hillcrest Hospital Pryor is a 48‑bed acute care hospital that provides a range of health care services to the community, including emergency services, urology, ENT, gastroenterology, cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery and wound care.
Responsibilities
Accountable for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned Clinic.
Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to collect data reflective of the patient’s status.
Participate in the development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with the Clinic standards to deliver efficient, effective and high‑quality patient care.
Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Current Oklahoma LPN license
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements:
1‑3 years’ experience
