The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services to a pediatric client in Durham, NC (27704).
This role is ideal for an RBT who values a consistent weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to work one-on-one with a client in a home setting.
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
In-home services
(Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time)
Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a home-based setting
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
Collect and record behavioral data accurately
Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
Reliable transportation required
Professional, dependable, and compassionate
Ability to pass required background checks
Paid training
Consistent weekday afternoon schedule
