As an MHT, you create a calm, structured milieu where healing can take root —bringing steady energy and teamwork to our busiest hours.**How You Will Make a Difference*** Perform frequent safety rounds, observations, and 1:1s as assigned; document behaviors and interventions.* Lead or assist with groups: coping skills, grounding, recreation, and ADLs support.* Partner with RNs during crises using verbal de‐escalation, redirection, and team response protocols.* Support admissions/intakes: belongings inventory, vitals, and orientation to the unit.* Maintain a therapeutic, tidy environment and uphold visitor policies.* Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.* Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening
