In-Home COTA: Flexible Scheduling + $250 Bonus

@Home Therapy is looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide in-home therapy support in the Astoria area. This role focuses on assisting adults with daily living tasks and reinforcing treatment plans from licensed Occupational Therapists. Clinicians will have flexible scheduling and work independently while receiving team-based support. Candidates must have an active New York State COTA license and experience with adult populations is preferred. A $250 bonus is offered after 50 completed visits.
